General:
I think the 1841 census record is highly likely to be wrong. Ther e are no other records I can find that relate to any Abraham Drivers b orn in 1821 in Plymstock. If both Abraham and his brother Edmund w ere born 1n 1821 then they must be twins, yet Abraham is only listed i n 1841. Edmund isn't listed in 1841 but appears in every census fro m 1851 up to his death. His age in every census is consistent with hi m being born in 1821. Edmund is a mariner (or sailor) and I think th e 1841 entry for 'Abraham, tailor' should read 'Edmund, sailor'.
